The Woman Behind Living for Real

I’ve always been drawn to quiet, natural places—hiking as a kid, time outside, even something as simple as being near the water.
That’s never really left me. If anything, it’s become more important over time.
That way of being started to shape how I see things—and how I live.
Spending time out west and on ranches deepened that even further.
A piece of my heart has been there ever since.

Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Over time, I’ve seen how being around them can shift something in people—even those who have never been around them before.

All of that shapes how I live—and what I create through Living for Real.

It’s become normal to move through life quickly—without really noticing it.
Always onto the next thing, without much space to actually land in the moment.
And when things do slow down, it can feel unfamiliar—sometimes even uncomfortable.
But that’s usually where the noticing starts.
And once you notice, you don’t see things quite the same way again.

That’s where I come in.
Not to fix anything or walk you through your life step by step—
but to create something most people don’t give themselves.

Space.

Not empty space, but intentional space.
The kind that’s hard to come by in everyday life.

Space to slow down.
To notice more.
To actually hear yourself without all the noise.

I’m there to hold that environment—to guide where needed, without forcing anything.
Because the most meaningful shifts don’t come from being told what to do…
they come from finally having the space to see things clearly for yourself.

That’s what everything I create is built around.
